Very experienced mechanic with years of hands-on experience. Everyone there was more than helpful. Friendly place.

A good friend had repairs done , started out a reasonable price but in the end it was a lot more than expected. The vehicle was there over a month also. I just do not understand added shop fees, such as rags ect or a 41 dollar charge to use a debit card. If he had known about the charge for debit transactions he could have paid cash or check.

In response to Tammy Vaughn's 3rd hand review of a few months ago, shop fees/supplies consist of coolant/oil, parts cleaner, brake fluid, gasket sealer, silicone, power steering fluid, etc. whatever the jobs requires, it involves more than rags. The debit/charge card fees are clearing posted in the office, where anyone can see them. There could have been a delay in getting parts that delayed having the vehicle serviced sooner than the customer anticipated or did the customer have an appointment or did the customer just drop off the vehicle for the repairs and it was worked in. Were repairs needed and added after the initial estimate? There could have been different scenarios that prevented the vehicle from getting repaired sooner. The customer should have asked the questions you are addressing now to the mechanic and they would have been answered. There are 2 sides to every story, why not ask the other side first before posting a negative review. We are sorry it had to turn out this way. We try every way possible to satisfy our customers and treat them with a Christ-like manner.

Great people that you can trust. There very honest and that is something that is hard to find is an honest mechanic. Always fixed the problem right the 1st time. I never have had to take my vehicle back because it wasn't fixed right the 1st time
