As usual Kim did a fantastic job with the check in. The total service, including an oil change and fluid check took only about an hour. I asked the tech to check for something loose in the back end. When I asked, he told me he had adjusted the spare tire underneath. As I drove away, I realized he’d stopped the noise. Great! Good price and good service, I’ll be back.

It took us a long time to find mechanics we could trust. We found them 20 years ago. Neighborhood Car Care has cared for our cars in the same way every time -- quickly, efficiently and affordably. If you don't need work done, they'll tell you. None of the "add ons" we often ran into when we took our cars in for dealership repairs. It feels good to have a great, trustworthy place to take our cars.

Came in as a walk-in on a Monday morning looking just for an oil change and tire rotation. It was clearly a busy day in the office, but Kim still managed to get me on the schedule the same day and take excellent care of me. Planning on coming back for future maintenance needs.

This place goes out of their way to give good service. I don't bother going to anyplace else, including the dealership anymore except for warranty work. Kim, who works at the front desk, is a wonder. I recommended this place highly

YET ANOTHER UPDATE: As usual, they are the best! Prompt, honest, and helpful with a personal issue as well. They went way above and beyond with my last service! UPDATE: Another visit months and months later to get 4 new tires and once again, they are behind nice and professional! Kim is the sweetest! ————————————— Original post: I can’t speak highly enough about this place. It was recommended to me by a AAA driver who towed my car there and I’m happy he did that. Kim was fantastic from start to finish, and they got my car up and running in less than 24 hours (I was dropped off there with my car in the mid-afternoon so it was understandable that my car was there overnight). They are fair, honest, and nice! What more can you ask for?
