I wrote a review when I first went to Neil's while first moving to Alhambra and I thought after my recent experience I'd write another one. I've been going to Neil's for about 5 years and the reason I keep going back is their amazing service, not to mention their reasonable prices. Rick is always a pleasure to speak with and patiently answers all my questions and thoroughly explains pricing and the process with all the repairs. Neil's has been our go to for several years, across a wide range of vehicles and repairs. The work is always exceptional, the prices are always better than any estimates we find elsewhere, but what has really struck us is how often they offer alternatives to service. Meaning they talk themselves out of work, putting the customers best interest first. Most recently they suggested I pursue a potential manufacturer's warranty with the dealership, saving me a fair amount of money. Rick is very honest and trustworthy, and a wealth of information. He even offered to give me official (court ready) paperwork regarding their diagnostics, should I have a legal dispute with the manufacturer.

Rick was incredibly helpful, two weeks in a row! His team was first able to identify and fix an oil leak, and had me in and out quickly enough that I could drive my card a few hours for work that night. The next weekend, I came back to investigate a check engine light that we didn't have time to address the week prior. Rick was able to give me a thorough explanation and another quick fix. He even shopped around for the necessary part and ended up completing my repair under the amount quoted. I'd definitely recommend Neil's and Rick!
