Nelson's Auto Service Center

I will recommend Nelson to everyone. He is knowledgeable and reliable. Last week I was on my way home and my car started hesitating and running ruff. I made it home and immediately called Nelson, he told me to bring my car in the following morning by 8:00am so he could check it out. He tested drove the car and came back and fixed my problem. Coil wasn’t working. To some it up I couldn’t ask for a better mechanic. The workers are all good people and sufficient. He’s stuck with me.

Nelson's Auto Service Center I have a wonderful experience . At this shop In all my years. Going to auto shop. This place Is The Best Place to take your car. I call last night Needed my 2009 Nissan Maxima vapor canister purge solenoid Evap vent control valve replace. Nelson said No problem bring it in first thing . In morning And Yes did a great job. Got me in and out in no time. And His price was very fair. To other places. Anyone needs repair please go to Nelson's don't Second guess....Just call him.. explain the problem And take it their. I came to NY for a concert and I drove down from Montreal (9 hour drive). I found my car not working in the morning and called Nelson’s. I can’t believe how incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring these guys are. They found a tow service for me and serviced me right away. Within the hour I am on my way back home to Montreal. A special thanks to Nelson, the man himself, for working on my car and reassuring me when there was tears in my eyes worried that I wasn’t going to make it home in time for Thanksgiving. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They treated me and my car with respect. Thank you again.

I have been going to Nelson’s since he started here as a mechanic many years ago. When his boss retired he took over the business and I have to say there is no other shop I trust, like I trust Nelson’s. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you before he starts working on your car. I went yesterday because my car was driving funny as if it was running out of gas and he took my car for a drive to see exactly what my concerns were and right away he said you have a misfire. You need coils and spark plugs. Then hooked it up to the machine and that’s exactly what it was. He showed me which codes came up. He took the time to explain to me the importance of keeping up with the maintenance of my vehicle. I could of replaced the ones that needed to be replaced but I decided to get all 6 coils and spark plugs replaced and I have to say my car is running great!!! It’s comforting to know that I can walk into this repair shop and not feel like I’m going to be ripped off because I’m a woman. Thank you Nelson & crew for the excellent work you guys do.
