Second time these guys have come through for me, first time was an insurance claim (drunk driver hit me) the work was so good I elected to have my 20 year old Silverado painted, worth every penny. Thanks for the great work.

Network Auto Body - Valencia: Overpriced & Unprofessional I can't believe my insurance company paid Network Auto Body $5100 for a simple door ding on my Mercedes. They didn't even question the outrageous charge! To add insult to injury, Network Auto Body somehow billed my insurance for an old claim instead of the authorized one. The staff was also confused when I didn't sign the receipt after using my debit card. To top it all off, they tried to deliver my car with loose chrome trim on the repaired door. When I pointed it out, they tried to excuse it by saying they're "only human" and might have rushed. You don't tell a customer you rushed on a $5100 repair! They did fix the trim, but I shouldn't have had to ask in the first place. $5100 for a door ding is highway robbery. Avoid this place at all costs!

Paul and his team of experts are amazing. They fly fixed the bumper and headlights on my car and got the paint correction perfect...It looks like the the first day I purchased the car. Thanks Paul your team is truly amazing.

Unfortunately I have needed to bring my Mercedes here for repairs 3 times. Twice somebody change lanes into me, and recently somebody hit me from behind while I was stopped at a red light. Fortunately JC and the crew at Network auto body always do a great job. Receptionists are friendly and quick, and the crews do really good work. I can see why this is the only shop the dealer recommends in the area. Thanks again for fixing me up everyone!

My Experience Was Amazing. I Actually Called My Guy At Glendale Infiniti Which Is Where I Take My Car For It’s Service, But He Stated That They Don’t Do Body Work So He Recommended Me To Dan Who Works At Network At A Few Of There Locations And I Chose The Location Closest To Me In Valencia And Had The Pleasure Of Being Helped By JC Who Was Amazing In The Whole Process.
