Nick and Son's Towing

Had my car battery die at a Stater Bro’s parking lot during rush hour about an hour from their location. Called my insurance and they said Nick & Son’s was going to assist me. Took them about estimated time as it was rush hour and there was a lot of traffic. Nick came and helped. He was quick, easy and I got out of there within 2 minutes. Thank you Nick! Saved my day.

Affordable price .. much better than fontana & rancho cucamonga area there price starts around $250 but they were cheap & good definitely reasonable price

Placed a tow service with AAA at 12:30pm. ETA was 3:41 and never updated after that. Sent the driver a text asking for eta and what time the shop closes which was 6pm. No responce. Called AAA and was told that the driver updated his arrival time to 5:59pm coincidence? Not likely. Crap service. Should be no stars.

Nick and Son's towing is by far one of the best towing companies that we have ever used! They showed up within less than 30 minutes to tow our truck. They communicated with us while on the way to us. The driver was very respectful, professional and skilled. Thank you again nick & Son's for a stress free roadside towing experience! 🙂

From the initial text from Amy through to the jump by Alex. Above & beyond. Professional, personable, communicative, authentic warmth & care for their customer (me 😁) & my needs. I felt completely taken care of & it feels good to be treated like a person & not just a client. Alex gave my car a jump start last winter & today he recognized me & reminded me! And I quickly remembered his great service then too! Look forward to Amy, Alex & Nick & Sons Towing helping me if my battery dies again. Definitely 5 stars (or 6 stars as they went above & beyond!)!
