Nick's Auto Repair

I was recently referred here by a good friend at work. As our previous mechanic got a little salty with us last time, I needed a new place I could trust to take care of things for us. Crystal is awesome, Very professional and courteous. We need our brakes and alignment checked out after hitting a pot hole. They got it checked out and let me know all was good. I was so grateful they did not go further to find something else or try to upsell something unnecessary. I truly appreciated the upfront information and will definitely be going back next time I have an issue. I definitely recommend them if you are in need of great customer service.

Took my vehicle in to Nick’s because a local car audio shop had attempted an aftermarket radio install which resulted in my check engine light coming on, e-brake light, left turn signal out, and right headlight out, along with the outside temp reading -15 at all times. Dropped it off at Nick’s Thursday night, and had my baby back by Friday early afternoon. They figured out that the body control module had been unplugged for some unknown reason (as the aftermarket radio is plug and play and doesn’t require access through the glove box). Overall extremely pleased with the experience from start to finish. Crystal was very thorough when taking notes on what was wrong, Nick was prompt with servicing the vehicle and getting it back to me quickly, the shop is clean. I would highly recommend them and definitely will go back for future work.

Amazing experience at Nick’s! Fixed my light and diagnosed an issue I was concerned about that ended up being an easy switch! And then, didn’t charge me. Should have paid for just how kind and thorough Crystal was with asking me about my concerns on the car and making me not feel like a dumb dumb for what was just a push of a button fix. My husband and I will be back here for sure for all our future car maintenance and repairs!

Did great work on my 99 explorer Replaced clutch in good timing before I had to go to work. Awesome service ! Came in for a second repair on my wheel bearing! As always, I have a great experience bringing my vehicles here. I 100% trust Nicks auto repair.

Can't recommend this place. Called one week ahead to let them know I was bringing a 2020 Chevy Silverado in for service. They checked... said they had all the parts needed. Brought the truck in at 9am on the agreed day. They weren't able to get it finished on that day. Simple brake job but now they stated they didn't have all the parts. Needed pads and rotors. They paid Chevy MSRP prices for stock parts! Could have bought the same parts through dealers or any number of websites for half the price! When they quoted me $1850 after looking at the truck and it being already in the shop I almost fell over but accepted the price since they had the truck and I figured I must have missed something like they had to replace a caliper as well. While they were working on it the next day I called my Chevy dealer who I thought had high prices for things, and they quoted me $900 and change for a simple pads and rotors job. This is about two hours labor according to the dealer. Got charged $500 here for labor. To their credit they did give me a loaner (paid for it in the labor I think), and I think Nick is a good and honest guy. That's the only reason I didn't rate as a 1. Crystal in the office is courteous and knowledgeable.
