Very disappointed with this shop. Came here back in June 2021 for repairs on my 2013 Prius. They charged me $2,400 to swap the motor with another used motor and new water pump. Car lasted me 15,000 miles. Left the shop with 174,727 miles and motor blew 2 years later at 188k miles. Car is regularly serviced and oil changed every 5,000 miles even though the recommended interval is 10k miles. Upon taking my Prius to the Toyota dealership they discovered that Nicks Auto Repair had either rushed the engine rebuild, or the donor motor they got for me was in bad shape and abused in its past life. Toyota also let me know that they had not replaced my water pump with a new one because if they did the motor should have lasted at least another 100k miles. the whole reason my motor blew was because the water pump failed, which led to the head gasket blowing, which led to the car overheating and getting a crack on the block. Had to get another donor motor and this time I ended up doing it myself, taking apart the whole donor motor making sure it was in good condition to be swapped into my car to not deal with a headache like this again. For the amount these guys charged they should’ve inspected the “donor” motor but honestly I’m not sure if they actually even swapped the engine because they never showed me my old engine or any proof. I’d never recommend anyone to come here.

Took my 1992 Ford F-150 to Nick due to having many electrical issues and because the AC was out. Gave me a price far below others. Great value. I've already taken my wife's car to get the AC fixed and other transmission/electrical issues by Nick.

DO NOT take your car here❗️❗️❗️He scams you out of your money and acts like he's working on your car but he's really not. Took my car for some work and he was charging me for work that I didn't even ask for to be done. I should of not took my car here after I see all these bad reviews. I just don't want him trying to scam someone else. I would prefer any other shop but this one.

Took my car in on a Friday, for a ticking noise. They said it was the lifters. And that it will only take a day sent them 400$ for parts and they kept my car for a whole week. When they said it would take a day. Ticking noise still present so I wasted a whole week not going to work with the same problem and now I have oil leaking everywhere and note when I picked it up there was no oil in my car! Ended up paying 1900$ for absolutely nothing but incompetent mexicants to f my car up more then when I took it in! Don’t take your car here!!! The mechanics are useless. L
