These guys are trash just look how dirty their entrance is. It is a reflection of how badly they will provide a service. They probably only make money off picking up repo cars.

This place is a joke bag of meth in the door step walking up. Then towed our car illegally further than they legal can when towing from a hoa. 10 miles max towed it 14 then made it a hassle to get the car out because it is a rental.

August 30th 2024 my car was stolen by night star and Joe the security guard/manager at 6485 Atlantic Ave long Beach 90805. I left my Apt 6485 atlantic ave on Aug 29th around 1pm did not see any move your car signs. After getting my rent money orders came back home around 2:30 parked on public st right in front of my balcony. Aug 30 around 8 am my car was stolen Joe and night star saved everyone else car gave them a warning to move . I paid $464.00 to get car back. Aug 30th it wasn't nothing done on the streets even the police or the city workers wasn't here. Night star told me they received the ok from Joe the security for 6485 atlantic Ave longbeach to give me a refund still no refund and tell Joe I will be posting about this on my Apts review every day this was just so illegal. Liars and thieves luck will run out soon ok ta ta

So don't make the mistake of parking in the wrong spot at your place of residency. Last night I made it and it cost us nearly $550 to claim our small SUV. I called this place and nearly had a heart attack after they told me it was over $500 to get our car back. They take your property but won't tell you why and who called them. They just want you to give up the cash in order to release your car. We showed up not even 12 hours later and we're charged full price without any chance of a discount or break. We live in north Long Beach and car was taken to Fullerton. These people are legal crooks and in the right business for personal gains.
