Nissan City of Port Chester Service

II had a very disappointing experience at this place. The customer service was extremely poor—staff were rude and unhelpful, making the whole situation more frustrating. This woman was going on non-stop about how she hated her job. Sorry you had a bad day but no need to have a nasty attitude towards the clients. On top of that, the wait time was ridiculously long, and it seemed like they didn’t care about keeping things moving or communicating with customers. I waited so long for her to tell me they won't be seeing my car! What is the point of having an appointment? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for efficient or courteous service.

Service rep Ryan was extremely helpful and friendly. He got me out of there in less time than expected. He explained optional extras to service on the car and was not pushy when I declined. He also offered me a free local car wash through a service Nissan uses. Pleasant experience. Edit: the above is true however as I left and entered the highway my hood was not properly latch and had to pullover to close. Very careless mistake on their end

Krystina and team are amazing. They really have a good set of soft skills and consumer etiquette. I live closer to the Nissan of the Bronx but will continue to come here, further, because of their above-and-beyond attitudes. She went out of her way to make sure my experience was pleasant. I appreciated the kindness shown and will continue to come here because of it.

I had an appt for 1:15 PM and got here at 1 PM. I checked in and handed my car keys over. 2 hours go by and no one says anything to me, so I walk over and ask if my car is almost ready. They call to find out if my car is almost ready and asked who has it. The person on the other end says 'no one has my car.' Then they send me over to the other building to speak to someone. I'm still sitting here waiting for my my car to be serviced over 2 hours later. The service here has been absolutely terrible ever since the dealership was sold. It doesn't take over 2 hours to perform an oil change. I made an appointment for a reason. So basically they just took my keys, moved my car from where I parked it, and proceeded to ignore it. What's the point of making an appointment if my car and my time are going to be ignored? Horrendous customer service and no explanation as to why my car wasn't serviced in a timely manner. It's time to find another Nissan dealership to do business with.

Had my car recently serviced here Amazing service ! Krystina and Ryan are very knowledgeable in their field. Suggested maintenance that was overdue and completed it very quickly. Will definitely be coming back !
