Terrible experience. Never buy again. Traumatised by the experience of doing business with this place. That was the promise i had made 2018 but had to go back so i could be robbed again. They never correctly fixed the problems, check engine came back, i had a feeling they would say new problem. Yeah sure. Band over... my dealings with this company has been so disheartening that forever i will share this experience with the dealership and their service department. Warranted minus -1 star

I took my car there 3 times and they did not solve my issue. I payed for the fix they supposedly made to my car and that did not fix anything. There was no refund even though I was having the same issue. Customer service is terrible. I ended taking my car to another dealer and they were able to fix the issue with my car. I do not recommend this place. Go to the Nissan auto part in Inwood at 600 Burnside Ave, Inwood, NY 11096. They have a better service and solve issues with your car.

they give a bad service they are very unpunctual they take a long time even if you have an appoinment. they want to charge you a lot of money For anything. they always exaggerate saying that your car needs a lot of things when your car is as good as new.
