I purchased the vehicle from here Nov 2021. I kept receiving notifications through Lojack that my car battery was getting low. I kept mentioning it to the service department every time I serviced the car and it was ignored. I was constantly told the battery was fine. Fast forward to July 2024 I was instructed I need to purchase a new battery despite the car being under a 7 year warranty. I bought the new battery. It is now Oct 2024 and the battery is low again. 3-4 months with a new battery and the battery is draining again. This makes no sense. Every time I call for a manager I am being put on hold for extremely long times with no response. This is becoming ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate at this point. I bring my car in for a squeaky noise that was constant. They told me I needed new rotors fine. The following day they called me about a bunch of other things that needed to be fixed as well. I got a call to pick up the car and something told me to test drive the car and the noise was still present. This place is horrible. I've never serviced the car anywhere else and its always something with them. The service advisors are amazing (JAMIE) However the work they do is horrible. I purchased the car with 7000 miles and to this day it only have 11300 miles which shows the car hasn't even been driven enough to have all these issues. It makes no sense however they constantly charge for things that are supposed to be covered under warranty. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I came here to save time. But instead wasted time. Service advisor Jamie was great. Service Technician rotated tires when he wasn’t instructed. Although it would’ve helped me out. He did not know how to reset the TPMS and instead told me it’s not possible to have the correct sensor linked to the correct tire. So I had to wait while he placed the tires in the original location.

I scheduled an appointment months back to service the tie rod recall on my 2021 Nissan that I purchased from them in September 2023. they lied and said they replaced the tie rod. I came in for an oil change and Harry at the front desk said I need to come in to ACTUALLY get the tie rod replaced. Whole time I thought they did months ago. They inspected my car and tried to over charge me for them to pour coolant in the tank $244. $350 for transmission service when my transmission fluid and transmission is perfectly fine. $616 to replace a cabin air filter which is under $100. The list goes on! These people at Nissan of Queens service department will over charge you and scam you if you let them! They’re not in the business of taking care of your car. Go to your local mechanic instead.

I had an oil and filter change during my recent visit to Nissan of Queens services. Their polite and professional demeanor characterized the initial interaction with the agent during check-in, and they greeted me with a smile while attending to my vehicle. Upon entering the waiting area, I observed that complimentary bagels, coffee, and tea were available for the customers. The individual at the front desk displayed engaging and courteous behavior toward all incoming patrons. Henry, the staff member responsible for customer assistance, demonstrated a welcoming and attentive approach. Furthermore, the service director, Jag Singh, diligently ensured that customers received attentive care while effectively engaging with the staff. Customers were periodically checked on and offered water to enhance their comfort. The consistently exceptional service experienced over multiple visits warrants my sincere appreciation for the care provided by Nissan of Queens services.

Unprofessional technicians , I waited 12 hours , my car sitting outside by 8 hours, I came early, first person in line then When they give my car back, they leave tools inside and all cover are opened, and whole car was dirty Crew on counter was nice and gave me a free car wash, and then the voucher no work, unbelievable!!
