I'll never come back here again. I dealt with this place over the years. They've had new management a few different times and it seems like it never gets better. My last straw was when I brought my car for an inspection. I arrived at 7am and left it there. I didn't get a call back until around 3pm for them to try to upsell on almost 3k worth changes I never asked for. I tell them not to do anything. I picked up my car the next day. I checked under my hood and you can see in the picture they left food in my hood. Horrible. My brother told me they do this so rats can come and mess up your vehicles wiring and such. A waffle and clam shells were under my hood. I'm allergic to fish. I was beyond pissed. I take the high road and they won't ever get another cent from me. Worst then that. I want to say maybe 2022 I paid a lot change my spark plugs, supposedly. The car started running differently(In a bad way) ever since they worked on it. Now today my spark plugs are fried and I had to get my car towed to an actual reliable mechanic. A little more than a year later after it was supposedly worked on. BEWARE!!! If I could give negative stars I would.

Went into the Service Center for a new tire, decided I was overdue so I had 2 changed. Should have been an hour tops. After the first 2 hours of waiting around, they said someone broke one of my tire sensors and they had to get a new one from New Rochelle, 15 minutes away. I was there another hour. 3 hrs total for 2 new tires. On top of that, I asked them at the start to swap 2 specific tires that were leaking air. I realized later that day that they kept one of them on. I've called 3 times to ask them to patch it for free, since they didn't do the work they promised after 3 hours and about $500. They keep telling me someone will call me back, and of course no one has. GO TO A GARAGE.

Ok I don't drive but my husband does, accordingly to him this place gives him a good service for his car, this is the second we are here for car service. Note this place is clean and good customer service they even have a stand for coffee and water, comfy couches to sit and wait the Restrooms is very clean.

One of the worst dealers I’ve been to. I only come to this dealership because it’s a close drive for me . Today I came for an oil change that was scheduled for 9:15 and I arrived early . When I dropped my car off I showed the gentleman a coupon that was for Nissan of New Rochelle and asked if the price could be honored . He told me yea , just show them inside . Well well , when my name was called and I asked the gentleman who called me if he could honor the same price New Rochelle if offering for an oil change he told me NO. Then continues to tell me I’d have to schedule an appointment there to get that price. I said okay, I’ll do that next time . No problem . Not sure why the service man would tell me they can do it for me to only be told NO once inside. This is the service that is provided at Nissan of the Bronx .
