Nissan Of Westbury Service

I brought my 2020 Nissan Rouge from Westbury. Noticed the tires were original. The manager and finance manager promised new tires. They gave me the service manager Jessie’s number I called spoke to him, he gave me his cell number. Brought it in to Jessie at the Service center in Westbury. Not only did I get a new set of tires, but they replaced my wiper blades, did an oil change and I paid for new air filters $60 bucks total. Air filters run $30-45 bucks each. They were polite, and professional. I felt cared about. I noticed other reviews mention other service managers, all I can say was that Jessie was just great! They held up to their promise and to me that’s worthy of doing business with them. Brought cars from Westbury Toyota for years. I’ll never go back. They live on the coattails of Toyotas good product. The service manager was threatening the sales people are sharks they have done some pretty despicable things to me my daughter and others we know. I’ll take my experience with Westbury Nissan over Westbury Toyota any day! I am a happy Nissan Rogue owner. Thank you Westbury Nissan! I look forward to many future years of business with you. Ask for Braziel in sales. Such a gentleman.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and service here. They make sure every need is met and go over the top to make their customers feel comfortable and welcome. Jonathan will answer any question you ask with a wealth of knowledge. Jesse will take time to ensure that every concern you have is addressed in a timely and professional manner. From the moment you hand over your keys there is constant communication from the garage to the waiting room. Every time I leave here I always have a smile on my face because I know my car was left in good hands and I can feel safe driving it. If you are looking for an accommodating, friendly, and trustworthy place to service your vehicle, this is the place to go!

My advisor, Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in because my car wasnt starting at random times. He help me out within 5 minutes and helps to change my key battery that was the culprit! Thank you Jonathan for figuring it out and getting me out quickly!

The staff at Nissan of Westbury is very friendly. They care about their customers and always take the time to explain everything and offer recommendations and options for service. Their waiting area is comfortable if you choose to wait for service to be completed.

The advisor Angel, and the manager Jessie, go above and beyond. I sincerely appreciate their care and concern for my car. They both work tirelessly as well to make sure the customer is more knowledgeable about their vehicle than when they first walked in. Both are problem solvers and the people to ask for when you need help with something. Not only that, but you can tell they are just good people doing their best for everyone, and that is why I continue to get my car serviced here. It’s not just about going to a Nissan service center for me, it’s the people who are there that make it worthwhile. Angel and Jessie are those people. Thanks for caring and going above and beyond for me. It’s a hard job you both have, and you both do it very well.
