Riggo (spelling?) handled the tow pick up and drop off with expertise at the max! The dealership was so packed with cars he had an inch of space on either side. When AAA made the referral we received a call in one minute! And driver showed up in 20 minutes! A relief for a crazy long day. Thank you.

NK Towing was professional but expensive. The gentleman that towed to the repair shop was great to deal with. Impound fees were expensive but that's going to be just about the same for any towing company impound fees.

On Saturday, July 27th, Mario, a NK Towing Roadside Service Driver, was sent by AAA to tow my car to a Discount Tire location in Oceanside. I was pleased with every aspect of how he handled his job. We had a good chat while I rode along in the cab of the tow truck. Mario's a hard-working father of 3 young children. I wish him well and to keep up his strength and determination to provide for his family. Funny picture included here, but I was interested in how detail-oriented he was with getting my little car secured on the truck. Also, I didn't want to put Mario's face out here in the public's view without his permission.

If AAA dispatches this tow company to your location request a different tow company. When the eta for the tow had come and gone, I contacted the company, they told me that they weren't coming and I had to contact AAA again. They never contacted me to let me know, they claim that they referred it back to AAA, but AAA had no record of this being referred back to them. Between this company and AAA one of them is not telling the truth. Very poor customer service. If you were thinking about calling this company directly to arrange a tow, all I can say DO NOT DO IT! Stay away
