One of the best experiences I have ever had with customer service , care and quality and professionalism. I got into a minor Collison and was immediately sent by my insurance company to a local auto body shop that works with them. Was told two days later that the vehicle is considered a salvage by my insurance company as well as the auto body shop. Not believing those facts I desperately looked on Google for a good and reliable shop and seeing the amazing reviews on No Limit auto body shop I gave them a call and was answered by Jennifer and she immediately asked me to send a photo of the car and the damage and she says to me it can be fixed 100% and ask for my authorization to have it towed to her shop to make a long story short she fought my insurance company she fought the insurance adjuster and every other imaginable person who had the vehicle as Salvaged and was able to get my insurance company to pay for the repairs and had my car back to 100%. She was a godsend as in without her and the no limit auto team and it's amazing staff I would be without my jeep. I highly and truly recommend this auto shop to anyone with collision issues that they will go above way and BEYOND to give you exceptional service and to fix your car making it look BRAND NEW as the logo says " LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED"

One of the worst Auto Parts Body Shop ever, i existence. I fixed my car with them , they take over 2 months to fix just a driving side door. Not only that, i have a no fault claim, when i give them car , i told them my car is T&LC car . I am working with Uber . They said no problem we will fixed your car within a week. But they take 2 months. And they said no problems this is your work car, what ever times use to fix your car you will get a full payment from other insurance company. Because this is the car I only work with. I will full amount of money I make last 2 weeks before the accident. They take my last 2 weeks work statement. After one week when they are not fixing my car , I call them they said. No problem man you will get full payment, how many days you missed your work. So i just take it easy. After to months later they give me back my car . Just for one door they charge, other insurance company $4000.00 . When i ask them where is my money for missing my work for 2 months. One the customer service representative. Who was dealing my case she said don’t worry man you can take your car, but you will get a check by mail to my house. Within a 2/3 weeks. But after 3 weeks letter. I call her said this is insurance claim. It’s might take a month or few more weeks.. I just wait for it. But I have been keep waiting for 6 months. I don’t retrieve any check. Then I call her again she said you received it , she said she didn’t know. Any thing about it . After I call her ,text her she never responds back to me. Is over year. But still I don’t receive any payment from the insurance company. The worker name is Jennifer. Worst worst’s , worst experience I ever have. She was also rude after 6 months letter when I call her.
