None's Tires

You told me over the phone that it was just $25 to patch a tire so I went over since I was only a couple minutes away with a low tire. I only had a finish nail and if you know what a finish nail is? it's probably the size of a toothpick. I'm serious it's about the same size of a toothpick and when one of his helpers took my tire off he said no we can't do it. we got to put a new tire because the outer edge of your tire is a little bit worn out and I asked where is the nail? And he didn't know and I had to rotate the tire myself I had to do it myself and then showed him where the nail was which was nowhere near where the edge of the tire where it was partly Worn and seriously he said that his insurance doesn't allow him to patch a tire that has some Worn edges and seriously this was nothing near the nail and it's a rear tire it's not like if it was a front tire and and we are from the same place (raza, latinos where shit gets fixed )and it wasn't even a big freaking deal man he just wanted to sell me a tire and that was pretty lame. I told him I know you want to sell a tire instead of charging me $25 but seriously man I needed to move on and get home and what a waste of time and seriously this guy made my heart rate go up and I saw how they were talking to each other because I am very well rounded and actually grew up in Mexico so I know how they wanted to sell me just the tire instead of just fixing the patch. These guys really disappoint me man because it doesn't seem like they really cared about fixing or patching a tire it was more like selling a new tire and claiming his insurance didn't allow it( if they have one?)and thought I was really that stupid and I really hurts me. I wouldn't ask them for help next time if I had all four flat tires within their business. I'm really disappointed and I know we're all going through hard times but seriously you have to keep integrity and honesty to its best as far as a business owner since I'm a business owner and this really just shows me how garbage some people and business are. It was the helper not the business owner so I feel bad for the business owner since he lets people decide for him and they kind of look the same so I wouldn't doubt they were family members or whatever I don't want to judge but seriously you guys are really disappointing.

The service was very professional and fast! I called due to a low tire pressure alert and I had two small children in the car. None personally helped us and immediately found a screw in my tire. He repaired it and put it back on while we all sat in the car and the whole thing only took 15 minutes. I will definitely be back for future maintenance.
