Normans Collision Works, Great Neck, NY is excellent. They offer the best customer service. Ann is amazing. Ann would take my calls, and answer every question with patience and care daily. They explain their diagnosis in a way that you understand, they handle your paperwork & assist you with any inquiries you might have dealing with the insurance companies. They make a very upsetting & unpleasant experience for anyone having to repair their car after an accident as pleasant & smooth as it can be. I can NOT say enough good things about this repair shop. ⭐️ x10 Thank you Ann & staff at Norman's auto repair.

I took my car to Norman collision works after i got into an accident a few years ago. I remembered my insurance at the time giving me a hard time to declare it totaled and a Norman's employee broke the details down to the insurance adjuster and explained why the car should be totaled. Eventually the adjuster agreed. I was glad Norman's went above and beyond to ensure that customers safety are the main priority, not saving a few bucks. Definitely recommend them for all car body works and accidents

I really do not like to write reviews but after seeing some of the negative reviews on here I felt it is best I do. Reviews are as good as the person writing them so I do not trust the judgement of some reviewers. From the moment I walked into Normans I was treated with honesty and professionalism which carried out until the moment I received my car back and walked out the door. Richie one of the owners had gone out of his way for me and I really appreciated it. I have never seen a body shop go to this extra extent for a customer. I do know body work and the way I received the car back was the way it drove of the show room floor when I bought it. Norman's did a beautiful job on replacing my front bumper and grill that was sideswiped by a guy who ran a stop sign. Not only did they paint the bumper they painted the hood and fenders so the paint all blended in with the rest of the car, they did the best body work I have seen in the past 25 years. Even as I was leaving Richie came out to make sure I was happy with the job and as I drove away one of the managers stopped me to make sure I was happy also. Richie and the staff have a customer for life.

It is the best auto shop in NY. They fixed my Range Rover perfectly and the stuff is helpful and patient. They gave useful ideas and opinions as well. Good job guys !
