Came here for my car inspection and was in & out in 25 minutes! They’re very honest, and friendly. They didn’t try to upsell me like most other mechanics. Very friendly service and 100% will be coming back here in the future. Have had trouble in the past with other mechanics but this shop restored my faith in humanity!

Got a state inspection. Mech told me my brakes are in the red. Got an oil change at dealership 3k miles ago and my brakes were in the green. You guna tell me the dealership gave up easy money. Lol no. SLEEZY AND DISHONEST Now I know why their mech bays are always empty and the BP gas station closer to me on marathon, has a line out the door. Update - they tried to steal my wheel lock. Thought it was just an accident but they just needed to see it, why did they take it out and forget to put it back in my car. They put a NAIL in my tire. First you try to scam me on brakes, steal my wheel lock and now a magic nail happens in my back right tire? THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND THESE SCUMBAGS DESERVE NOTHING. DONT GET GAS DONT SERIVICE. THEY SHOULD GO UNDER

Google Map still shows this place as Norman's Auto but it's not. Brought my 2-yr old car here for a simple annual inspection that should have taken no time to complete. They insisted I leave my car there and come back bc I was there too early and mechanic wasn't there yet, even though it was after their scheduled hours of operation. Luckily I work nearby and they told me it'll take an hour and a half. 3 hours later, I called and they said it'll be done soon. Another hour later, they called me and said it was ready. I walk over and they were just working on it! Now there's some sort of issue with their computer system so I'm standing there waiting... After 20 mins, they pull my car out of the shop so I thought they're finally done, but no, mechanic drives my car away!! I asked the guy in charge and he said they have to take it to their other shop down the road to finish bc of computer issue. I was furious!!! How dare them take my car off their premises without my permission and without notifying me! I told the guy in charge that this is not acceptable! If I knew that was the case, I would've decided not to have it done there at all! Now I waited another 45 mins before my car returns. The guy in charge never apologized until I complained. So unprofessional! The icing on the cake was when I got into my car, the cover under my steering wheel was on the floor! Even though I had enough of this guy, I had to go back in and asked him to look at this, and he dismissed it like it's no big deal and popped the cover back in. Again, no apology, just excuses! I will NEVER come back here! Terrible service!

When I called to inquire about a particular type of service, I spoke with a nice gentleman who answered my questions and invited me to bring my car in for service; so I did. The office was clean and so was the rest of the service center. The employees were nice and gave me an update on my car's status in a timely manner. A less scrupulous service center would've found something pricey to "fix" on my car, but they told me that all I needed was an oil change. I appreciate their honesty and it definitely makes me want to give them my business again in the future should an issue arise. The price for an oil change was a bit higher than I expected, but I would go to this location again for future service needs.
