My experience is very bad. We went in for the door weater strip warranty. The warranty job didn't do it right at the first time and we have to bring it back second time and The mechanic work on my vehicle at the first time peel all 4 door edge protector that I paid other shop to put on and with out letting me know at all. After I picked up my vehicle and drove home found out my self. Second day we bring it back and the service advisor told us they will order back and put it on for us without charge. But it took one month for them to order the door edge protector and they told me they got too much things going on and they messed up. That is why taking too long. So we dropped off the vehicle to them again to install the door edge protector but when I pick up the vehicle, the vehicle got scratched on three of the doors (both passenger front and rear/ front driver side). Also, the door edge protector job they did are extremely horrible. After they ask me to look for our own shop to fix it and they will pay for the bill. Today I send them the bills they refuse and told me the body shop I used is over charged. They only cover for the door edge protector, not the scratches the body shop did on my vehicle. The whole process is very unsatisfied and unprofessional. Now they want me to resend my vehicle back to the body shop messed up the door edge protector job and created scratches to refix all. But how I'm going to trust them after all this mass?

awesome outlet. nice staff very helpful. met with Mr Rohit . he is such a great person. he did all paperwork very fast. but rest people not doing their job properly. when you buy the the car they told you lot of offers. even they sold their plan after they refused to commit that one. i will specially recommend dont buy and car from them. specially Mr syed he overcharged you and cant commit on his commitments. they overcharged you .one person can changed the whole things. everyone have to work as a team. so disappointed with the services.

Amazing service!!! William and Miranda are great. Very helpful. Explained everything with all the details needed. I was in a rush to get a loaner car and they made the process very smooth and easy. Thank you so much. God bless!!! I recommend this service center for sure.
