We recently brought our GMC Acadia for a scheduled service and some warranty work. William, our service adviser, simply wowed us. I had a doctor appointment and had to leave quickly after we dropped off the car, but William called within a few minutes to apprise us of the status of the car and promised to try to have it back by the end of the day. I was therefore pleasantly surprised when William called before noon to tell us the car was ready! It was nice to be able to pick up the car with the service done, the problem fixed, and on top of this, to see it had been washed for us. In addition to William’s professionalism and courtesy, we were also very impressed by how friendly everyone in the facility was to us. We are so happy with our experience. Thank you to William and the rest of the team!

they can’t give me appointment for 4 weeks because I only have noise coming from trunk , my truck is still in factory warranty , OTHER dealership honor the warranty work , Truck had only 32000 miles ,

It is rare to find truly good customer service these days. North Bay Service center in Roslyn is very professionally run and has a clean, comfortable space for customers. If you are especially lucky, you will have the privilege of dealing with Gloria Alvarenga. She is friendly, professional, responsive, and an all around pleasure to do business with. She made my experience so easy and efficient, and she is such a delightful person. Those are qualities that make a difference when dropping your car for service. Instead of feeling hassled, Gloria made the process feel seamless. Her detailed attention to customer care and her friendly disposition goes above and beyond!

North bay is great! The staff are always on point with service from when you first come in the door to when dealing with your service. My guy Barry is the best he always takes care of me and my wife when we come in.
