North Bellmore Collision

I used to have great service at this body shop, but recently I've felt like the quality has diminished since my last visit. I have a 2021 white Jeep Gladiator and since my first visit of this shop I've acknowledged the honesty and the hard work the owner and its workers have put into my car. My first accident I was rear ended in my tailgate. The shop took this car in, repainted the tailgate and fixed the dent. It took 2 visits because there was a slight imperfection but the shop still guaranteed their work and fixed it. My 2nd visit was June of 2024. It involved another rear end. They replaced the side panel of the car but forgot to repaint the tailgate. There was still a large chip in the tailgate and it was shifted to the right. My father picked it up but failed to notice. What we both noticed is that the shop forgot to take out their own rags and water bottles from my car which more than likely meant they forgot about my car and gave it back as is. So I took it back and they guaranteed their work, again. But now I was out of a car. But they still gave me a rental. Very recently, I went back because my tailgate was scratched. It was brought in, they fixed the scratch, and I picked it up. I did not notice the imperfections until the next day because the sun was out. The shop acknowledged the imperfections of their work since I decided to bring it in again. I'm getting frustrated from having to go back here so many times due to the work not being right the first time. This time, the shop decided not to guarantee their work and instead point me to the PDR method. A separate person would handle it. The PDR person couldn't fix the imperfections because he said he would only end up making it worse. The workers couldn't even tell me definitively what was wrong with the tailgate. The lack of quality and attention to detail has always frustrated me. But I always gave the shop a second chance to fix it. This time they have decided not to and told me it's not worth fixing. Their excuse is the damage is hard to see.

Our car was hit by a driver who did not stop. I called Ian and we met for a quote. The quote was extremely reasonable, the parts came in quickly and the work is excellent. The turnaround was time was great I can't recommend them enough. Great guys, great shop.

I had an amazing experience with this shop!!!! Obviously having to get a car repaired after an accident can be very stressful, but Ian , Anthony and the guys there were highly professional, helpful, and extremely kind and courteous. I am a working mom and this can be a very overwhelming process.BUT They dealt with the insurance companies and all parties involved and helped expedite everything very quickly!!!! They alleviated so much stress and my car looks AMAZING!!! Thank you guys you are the very best !!!!
