Ive had service all across this country and NH Discount is by far the best. Karen was patient even with the some wrong parts that I brought in myself (incorrectly shipped by distributor). She found the correct match in a timely manor and had the car ready and waiting quickly. She offers fair and correct labor costs and parts cost. Answered all my questions and requests quickly. If you need a tow ask for her recommendation for a fair tow price came in at half of the others I looked into. I usually work on my car myself but when time is a factor NH Discount is now my go to for my needs. -B

The best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. In February, I dropped my car off with Karen at North Hollywood discount auto before heading to New York for business. I was expecting to be back within a week or two. I went on the trip and that's when COVID hit. I was unable to make it back to the West Coast until this is July. Karen was so helpful and understanding of my situation. It was easy to connect with her over the phone and get completed what I needed. She even had the card ready so fast! I wish I could have been in LA to pick it up. ALSO to show just how helpful and much she cares: When I did return, she told me that my car had been sitting for so long that the battery did not start. She proceeded to run a full test and even purchased a new battery just in case mine was no longer good. But wait there's more. She replaced the battery in my key fob as well just to be sure that the key fob wasn't working order and did not even charge me for it. I recommend if you're in the area that you go here to have your car fixed with Karen, she is someone thatyouncan trust with your car.

Omg my go to shop for all my car needs. She tell you how it is she work with your schedule, if she can mid week is the best time to go your in and out. I call her to schedule a week in advance so she can have all the parts ready order and at her shop so when i drop off. She done the same day same time. Thank you Karen for making my car running and safe.

Karen the Receptionist is very rude and prices work off what she thinks is Profitable to them and doesnt think about the customer. I asked her what time they closed and she said very rudely "we cant do it today" then hung up. Its a 5 minute job plus how would she know if they were able to do it today or not she's not working on the cars shes garbage.
