I called last minute to have an insurance inspection done. Completely forgot about it. I was in a bit of a time crunch. I thought it was going to be 30 to 45 minutes wait (usual with all the places I've been). I decided to wait there since the walk back and forth would have been about the same. Inspection was done in less than 10 minutes! So grateful they were able to accommodate me on short notice and quickly.

STAY AWAY! Terrible place to bring your car. The Spanish uncle who thinks he knows everything first of all needs to learn how to talk to customer. He has a thick accent and on top of that he is completely rude. He made me wait 25 mins for an inspection just to tell me to throw my car outside. What does that even mean. He told his co-worker to take the car out without any explanation. I was able to get the inspection done at w other place without any hassle! Use to come here for Harry (the owner) but he’s never around and his rude workers are not good for business. Please stay away!!!!

we've been going here for a few years. Anytime we've had issues with our honda crv they always do a wonderful job.

We’ve had such a terrible experience at this location. Husband took the car in due to it not starting sporadically. They told us they ran diagnostics and determine the issue was the starter. We trusted their expertise and agreed to the job. Same day we picked the car up, the issue persisted. We called and they asked to bring it back. Due to time restraints, we couldn’t drop off the car. During the two days we kept it, we realized it was a key issue as two weeks ago we upgraded the keys because the handle broke. When using the old key, the car works fine. No issue with the starter at all. However doing so with the newer key continues to display the issue - car doesn’t start. We stopped by yesterday to speak with the experts that we trusted to discuss our concerns and of course, they didn’t own up to their mistake. No display of accountability and/or customer service. These people are scammers. If you ran diagnostics with your tools, how could the diagnosis be faulty? Did you really run any diagnostics on the car? As previously shared, we will be taking further action. And my advice to everyone: DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. They are thieves. 0 star is what they deserve.

This place they over charge and always lie about parts you need like the last oil change, they told me I need as soon as posible brakes and I did it by my self and I found out I had 60% life in my brakes, they are not honest this is why I do my own mechanic work.
