I’ve had to use North Ranch Bodycraft three times in the last two years for collisions where distracted drivers rear-ended me. Each time NRB did a fantastic job, leaving no hint that the car was ever involved in a collision. The work was done quickly (always in less than a week, once in three days), they matched the car’s unusual paint perfectly, and they even washed the car every time. Obviously I would rather not give them any more business, but if I get into another collision, there isn’t another place I would consider.

My insurance agent referred me to this body shop. When I first check my car in the service was very good. They greeted me very courteously. My car was ready within the timeframe they informed me. I went to pick up my car and everything was smooth. My car was ready. They wash my car. It looked amazing. I was very happy with the job.

I brought my car here to get the bumper and side fixed after someone hit it parked. They only took care of half of the bumper which upset me but it was bc State Farm told them. When I got back in town and got my car I noticed the leather on my driver seat had been stained. They are refusing to take responsibility and I’m livid. Tom as an owner you should care about what your customers say. I never had this on my seat prior. Shame on you guys! Really hope you take some responsibility.
