Amazing work by North Shore team. Nicole and Alex were super helpful through the whole process. They were able to order my parts needed ahead of time and minimized the time my car was out of commission. Super helpful since it’s a work vehicle. Would highly recommend them for body work and your detailing needs.

North Shore Auto Collision is absolutely amazing. Having your car hit is terrible, but North Shore Auto Collision made the process so much easier and less overwhelming. I’ve unfortunately needed their services twice, and both experiences were beyond exceptional. The first time, I was hit, and they returned my car looking better than new. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me so much peace of mind during a really scary time. The second time, the news from the insurance company about my car wasn’t what I wanted to hear. But Victoria, David, and Nicole were amazing. They walked me through every step, kept me updated, and truly made me feel like part of their family. This shop is a gem—they’re efficient, super friendly, and genuinely care about their customers. You can tell it’s a family-run business because they treat you like more than just another job. I can’t recommend North Shore Auto Collision enough. If you need auto body work, they’re the absolute best! I would give more than 5 stars!

North Shore Auto Collision is the best! They deserve 10 stars out of 5, that's how good they are. Alex and the rest of the crew were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process, which included dealing with my insurance company, completely repairing my car, and even detailing every inch of the car (interior + exterior + engine!) for free before I picked it up. My car needed a whole new front bumper as well as needing the rear bumper to be repaired, too. Now my 2017 car literally looks and feels brand new. I was really blown away by their level of service as well as their character. This is the place to go when you need to get your car repaired and when you need it washed or detailed!

I brought them my car after being hit in a parking lot. They did terrific work and went above and beyond in every way. The staff is extremely helpful and they are able to work with your insurance directly. In addition to fixing my car, they did an outstanding job detailing the car from front to back and outside to inside. I highly recommend using North Shore Auto Collision if you’re ever in the need for Automotive bodywork.

North Shore Auto Collision went above and beyond to help me with my car repair. They fought with my insurance to get me the best possible deal and made sure I wasn’t overpaying. When I got my car back, it looked better than brand new—not only was the repair flawless, but they even cleaned the interior, all included in the rate! Their customer service is outstanding—friendly, professional, and truly looking out for their customers. If you ever need collision repair, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
