Poor service, cannot give me an estimated time for repair, not very helpful at all. I was very sad after I purchased 2 Accords over the years from them, that the service has diminished to this state. Definitely will purchase my next car from a different dealership so I can get better service.

Buyer beware North Shore Honda do not honor their signed agreed prices on leases . Recently picked up a 2023 CRV Ex with a signed agreed COD price only to be up charged with a bogus Bank Fee and added 1st month payment by Valerie in finance and Gary the sales manger. They play a shell game with the numbers , when you go to pick up the car. Very disappointed as I thought I was a valued customer of theirs . I was told that the repair on my vehicle (for a minor bumper repair) would take 1 week. Carlo the service manager has kept my car for over two weeks and still has not even started repairs. He claims he was waiting for a revised estimate from the insurance company which he did not communicate. This entire time I have been driving a rental car. I called the dealership multiple times for status updates the past few days and nobody picked up the phone. When I express my dissatisfaction about the untimeliness and lack of communication Carlo states "this is just the way things are done." This dealership needs to work on customer service and transparency.

Very fast service compared to Paragon Honda in Woodside, Queens. 2 hrs was the exact timeline given to me whereas Paragon would tell me 2 hrs and I ended up waiting there for almost 6 hrs for the same services. Labor cost was a little expensive, but I assume that it's the case at most dealerships now. The car is running super smooth now and I will definitely be back!
