Picked up my car today and it looks like it just came off the showroom brand new everyone there is so helpful and so nice made everything seamless for me after having been in an accident. I don’t remember everyone’s names but every single person that was there was very helpful and very nice. They took me to pick up a Rental Car. I highly recommend them.

North Star is the most efficient auto body shop I've ever had worked on any of my cars. I was in an accident and they handled everything with the insurance company without me having to make any phone calls.. they took care of all the dents and dings. Had the car looking brand new scratch free fully repaired with even an extra bottle of the exact paint they used to spray my car. I highly recommend this North Star location to anyone doing body work on their vehicles. 💯✅️👏🏾👏🏾🫡😊

It's very unlikely to write reviews although the business, North Star Auto Body, I felt obligated based on my experiences. I always spoke with Dominick each time I brought my vehicles there. He's old schooled, easy going and always a pleasure to work with. For each car repair I've had he regularly provided the extra effort to insure I'm happy with the repair. Not a common experience with any business today. Jordan has been my first contact at this business and has also been a pleasure to speak with. Courteous and respectful and promptly prioritizes the issues at hand whether it was insurance related or another task that needed attention. I'm very meticulous with my cars and a stickler for quality workmanship. They have been completely accommodating with each visit. My car is returned shiny and detailed in and out.

I can't thank Stanley from North Star Auto Body enough! I found myself stuck in the middle of the road when my car broke down unexpectedly, and they came to my rescue in no time. The driver was not only professional and courteous but went above and beyond by helping push my car to a safe spot while we waited for further assistance. They truly saved the day and turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Highly recommend their prompt, reliable, and friendly service!
