I had the absolute best experience with Anthony and his crew. Starting with Anthony who pointed me in all the right directions and reassured me everything would work out. I then met Mike, who was the absolute BEST! He handled every single aspect of my situation for me and alleviated every ounce of stress. He handled every piece of my insurance claim for me, he was my voice and fought for me and my car when insurance was giving me a hard time, he stayed in contact and updated me every step of the way, had a rental car ready to go for me, and so much more! I received my car back looking brand new, literally as if it was straight out of the lot. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for everything everyone at North Star did for me! It truly was such a pleasurable experience and I will definitely be back in the future with any problems I encounter!

I absolutely had to write this review to give a huge THANK YOU to Anthony Capone and his beyond incredible team at North Star Auto Body!!! They truly go above and beyond to satisfy the customer! I picked up my car yesterday and almost shed tears to see her back in immaculate condition, even better than the day I took her home from the dealership! Unfortunately I was dealing with vandalism that occurred, I needed body work done by someone I could trust and would take care of my baby, like it belonged to them. The utmost attention was paid to every single detail of my car, nothing was missed at all, these guys are class act! The new paint job just sealed the deal, she is absolute perfection again! With respect to the whole process, Anthony and the team (Mike, Mary, etc.) handled all communication with my insurance company, which relieved a ton of stress, situations like this are crazy stressful! I brought my car in and they took care of every single thing, including securing me in a rental car so I could continue my days like normal. The entire North Star Auto Body team are respectable, polite, hassle free, extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, attentive… I could go on forever! They are everything you’re looking for wrapped into one! Stop reading reviews and looking elsewhere, THIS IS THE PLACE. Forever grateful to this team for such an outstanding experience! XOXO

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father, after seeing the work they did to his car, we new we needed to share how amazing this place is. We got into a bad accident while in North Carolina, after an 11 hour drive in a broken car we dropped it off right before the holidays. The car was trashed from the kids and we were honestly just surprised we made it home and exhausted from the journey. Tom kept the car for about two weeks, as my dad told him to take his time, enjoy the holidays and just get it back when you can. When he brought the car home no one even recognized it was his. The car was spotless. Not only did they fix the damage and body but they cleaned the entire car. The car was sent filled with Garbage, french fries and bottles and came back like it was bought off the lot. They cleaned it out, polished everything down to the tires and left the car BEAUTIFUL. He fixed any little detail he could. The joy on my dad's face when he saw the little plastic rain guards over the windows were replaced. As if his work on the car wasn't amazing enough, he worked with my dad on the cost. Insurance covered everything. My dad came home and actually thanked me for hitting the dear because he felt like he got a brand new car. Thank you so much for all the extra care you put into this!

I had a great experience with Northstar Auto Body at 1025 Merrick Rd. in Baldwin. Mike, the office manager couldn’t have been more attentive along with his staff. I was extremely happy with the result and the fact that they totally detailed my vehicle upon returning it in perfect condition they go above and beyond ! I highly recommend !

Great service, even greater work. Mike was awesome to work with, and super helpful. Best customer service I've had in a long time, and you can tell it came naturally. Has helped not only myself, but friends and family with various vehicle requests. 10/10 would recommend.
