Great experiences so far! Very good about communicating what else is needed above the oil change while not being pushy trying to sell. Very timely service and honesty. They will have my business for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended.

After hitting a curb I called Northside to inspect my vehicle to find any serious damage. I could not have gotten better service as they were willing to look at my car and complete an alignment on the same day on an already busy schedule. They were very honest on the condition of my car and gave a great explanation of everything they did and why. The work they did was great quality as my car continues to drive correctly weeks afterwards, and have had no problems since. I certainly will go to Northside for any future automotive repairs and maintenence, and would recommend this place to anyone in the La Crosse area.

Having trouble finding an honest mechanic? Look no further. Tim and his mechanics have done everything from a new motor install to rotating my tires. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I called the shop regarding a tech net warranty from a different shop about an hour away. they were more than willing to look at it to make sure it was what we had thought it was. we thought it was the fuel pump leaking but instead turned out to be the new fuel line. they were super honest and straight forward. he explained everything and made sure i was taken care of. i got my car back sooner than had thought as well! thanks a million for being fair and honest!
