Norton Car Care Center

Went here to get a diag for my vehicle. They told me I needed to replace both front struts, tie rods, and wheel bearings. The quote was 950 dollars. I went to get a second opinion the other mechanic found absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle and he said to just get an alignment. That cost me 100 bucks. I highly doubt that was a mistake. If it was there that was pure incompetence. I had no idea what was wrong with my car and it's seems like they used that to their advantage. Thank God there's still good mechanics out there. I almost dropped a thousand dollars on parts that wouldn't have even fixed the problem I was having. Get a second opinion folks. Obviously this place isn't reliable.

I have a Cadillac and a Chevy Malibu, They fixed 2 major parts on each car for such a great price I couldn't believe it. I didn't think body shops would ever be this loyal and honest until Norton car care showed me other wise Ashley is amazing and keeps you informed on everything that's going on with your vehicle and is very detailed I have not one bad thing to say about Norton car care. give them a shot for your car care needs. You can thank me later 😁😁😁

I moved from St. Louis to Ohio, about a month ago. I desperately needed rear brakes and was skeptical about a new mechanic/shop. After googling automotive shops near me, Norton Car Care Center popped up. Of course I looked through the reviews, and everyone recommended Randy. I booked my appointment and Randy took great care of my vehicle. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was very pleasant and patient. I've found my new automotive home . A very satisfied customer, thank you!!!!!!

This place has been the best place to go to that I have found. Randy (Owner) is professional yet makes you feel more like a friend and doesn’t run circles around you. He charges very fairly and takes the time to explain what the charges mean. He and his mechanic fixed my truck quickly and was willing to tackle a strange issue even after I had already replaced everything there was to change. Truck runs perfect now and Randy even stayed late so I could pick up my keys in the evening. Highly recommend to anyone and will be coming back to him for anything above my head!
