Broken spider web shaped windshield glass. What a bummer on my month owned car. I took a chance on NOVUS after finding them online. I was relieved by the quoted price over the phone and by being able to to get the work done in less then a week. They sent a reminder on my phone the night before which I appreciate , along with hot coffee and a smile when I arrived. They have a beautiful large window to look out while waiting along with chess and lots of different reading material. I was told 2 hours but the work was done in 1.5 . Beautiful fresh windshield glass, when I went to pay the price was the same down to the dollar of what I was quoted on the phone. I will go there next time I need auto glass done. Tho I hope I don’t need it for a long time ha.

A very good experience all the way through. From the phone call for a quote, to setting an appointment, and getting the work done. Everyone I talked to was pleasant, knowledgeable, and just nice to be around. I highly recommend these guys, and girl!! Thank You!!

Highly recommend! We had to replace our front windshield on our car due to a huge rock hitting it on the highway. I've never filed a claim with insurance before, but NOVUS made it a really easy and seamless process. They were quick and professional. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly, and they got our car done in a few hours. Great service! We will definitely be coming back here if we have any other glass related projects!

Today was the second time I used NOVUS in the last 3 years, and just as before, they are excellent. I was dreading dealing with a cracked driver side window but once I went in, it was quick and easy. They are knowledgeable, prompt and have the best customer service. I highly recommend!
