**Terrible Experience with NRK - Avoid at All Costs** I had an extremely disappointing experience with NRK. He promised he could get a part that no one else could find, but insisted I pay him upfront first. The next morning, when I asked for his ETA, he admitted he was still trying to locate the part. It turns out that no one in the entire state of California even had the part he claimed we needed. Now, it’s been nine days, and I still haven’t received my money back. Worse yet, NRK clearly has no idea what he's doing when it comes to fixing big rigs. He originally said he could fix the issue with one part, but in reality, we needed three different parts that required welding. I have no clue what he thought he was going to do to fix it on the side of the road. This was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise others to steer clear of NRK. ***** update: he’s telling me to chill out about my money he spent on other things ---

He didn’t know what he was doing, took forever to get parts, asked for money upfront because he did not have it. Pretty much guessed to fix the issue and seems lost when working on the problem.

This gay doesn't know how to fix truck at all！ he buy the wrong part for me and let me pay the wrong part money! He fix a small problem use 6hours and still not done! He said he go to buy another part and never come back! I call him back then nobody answered! It’s a truly scammer!

If we could give Narek 10 stars we would! We were passing through on our way back to NorCal (with our entire family) when we had issues with my husbands diesel truck. He drove to our location, was so helpful, took his time, went and got the parts. He saved us thousands of dollars! He helped us when mechanic shops wouldn’t and told us to go back next week knowing we were from out of town and it was an emergency situation. Definitely recommend him!!
