Nuzzi Auto Collision

We recently brought our 2021 Chrysler Pacifica to Nuzzi Auto Collision. From the time we entered the building and being greeted by Pat all the way to when my wife picked it up this past Friday, it was nothing but a pleasure. Not one issue and the car was repaired in less time than what was estimated! Now for the work that was done, the car looks like it just came out of the factory. Beautiful work. One of my responsibilities is overseeing our fleet. I have dealt with many shops over the decades and this easily rakes among the top if not #1! They have now become my go to shop. Well done!

Edwin and the Nuzzi team did a great job replacing the front bumper of my 2020 M2 Competition. They even sent the new bumper to get it wrapped at the same shop that my car was initially wrapped at. They provided updates throughout the process and communication was clear

I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the service received here. I came to Nuzzi on the recommendation of my insurance company for repairs on my newly leased car. Their office staff were honestly more helpful and informative than my insurance agents, they took care of everything and were happy to answer my many questions, as I was anxious about my first auto claim. My car looks like I just drove it off the lot, and they even went the extra mile to clean the interior before I picked it up. God forbid I ever need auto collision services again, they will be my first phone call. Thank you so much for providing a smooth and stress-free process!!

Leah was very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I had pertaining to my repair under insurance - making it an easy process. Edwin was detailed in what occurs in an accident like mine and showed experience when letting me know what types of parts would be required to do the work and performed the repair to a professional level where it looks like nothing ever happened to my vehicle. I'm so happy, because despite being in the city a lot, I took care of my "baby" and was sad somone hit me. Now, it's just a memory! Thank you to the Nuzzi Team! It was genuinely a pleasure and I was happy that I chose them to do the work! They even washed my car, giving it back to me looking beautiful and shiny!

Fair price, great communication, fast turn around, and high-quality work. Nuzzi Auto Collision repaired my rear bumper recently and everyone I spoke to was accommodating, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. They told me the car would be a day and a half to fix and sure enough, they made good on that promise. Also, when they returned my car it was immaculately clean -- I don't think my rims have been that clean since the day I purchased the car. I hope I don't have get body work on any of my cars done again, but if I do, Nuzzi is the first place I will go.
