This is a family owned very busy shop. They open at 7am and are booked for the day before 9am! They close at 5. The owner's daughter told me the mechanics leave at 4!!! Dealing with them was the WORST EVER experience with getting a vehicle repaired. They couldn't get the part from multiple shops (which was by no means their fault) but they didn't communicate this with me and kept putting us off until I called them irate!! They had me vehicle 4 days when it was guaranteed to be complete by 2. I definitely wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone!

This is a reliable and affable repair shop. Miguel, (I'm assuming Senior Mechanic) was who I dealt with; I know little about car engines and trust few to no one when it comes to mine, but he was very knowledgeable and informative. Most appealing, He was very upbeat! This was the third opinion that I had for my engine work and my final choice for repairs. Their accuracy and effectiveness won me over. I recommend this shop to all of my co-workers and anyone looking for affordable and dependable service. I truly hate trying to find reliable mechanics, it can be so draining; but after speaking to a few others who have had work done with them before, I felt confident in my decision. So far so good, I had a Dealer shop confirm that the correct measures were taken and they agreed and were impressed with the work. So this shop will always be my first choice! Thanks again guys, You totally rock and now I am a happy and confident driver again!!!!!

My car was overheating, so I took it to Firestone. Twice. They could not figure out what was wrong with it even after running a series of diagnostic tests. They asked me to come back the next day when someone with more experience was there. So I did and they still couldn't figure it out. I took my car to NY Auto Repair and towing and popped the hood, the mechanic there took less than a minute to figure out what was wrong with it. It was the thermostat. They ordered the part and had my car fixed in two hours! Great price too. They're very knowledgeable and quick! Now any time I have a car problem I come here.

I would never come back to this place I agree to $100 towards the work of my car they decided they didn't want to do the work and still charged me $100 they can do that all week long have somebody inspect their car and then say oh we can't do the work what I signed was $100 towards the work for them to do it now if they decided not to do it I shouldn't have to pay him but my car will be held. Hostage. I paid $100 towards them to do the work they just decided they didn't want to do it. So they can tell anybody anything you bring your car in pay $100 and then they decide oh we don't want to do that work so you had $100 I wouldn't trust them as ever go somewhere else never go there tire your car up with a toothpick in it and a piece of string but don't go there
