O.C.T Auto Body & Repair Services - Auto Body Specialist

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 8:30 am for intercooler and charge pipes a 2-4hour job at most (if you ran into issues) tried calling shop a few times to see if they had an eta on job completion. No answer several times. Rang all day. Show up at 4 to get my car. Walk in and asked the mechanic if he knows if anything was done with my car(was sitting in same spot I left it) and he says what car ? Didn’t even know my car was there I guess. Walked around and spoke to the guy I original gave my keys to in the morning and asked if anything was done with my car and he says no the owner never came in so nobody worked on it.. asked for my keys and left. Isn’t a major job. Just really sketchy and and unprofessional. Wasted my time.

Orlando is the owner, he speaks English and Spanish, he is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The work he does is awesome! Highly recommend him. A+

This place is great my finances car wouldn't start tried to fix it myself couldn't figure it out had it towed to Orlando's on a Saturday because my cousin referred him because he is also my cousins mechanic and it wasn't no later than 9:30am on monday before my cousin was calling me with the news our car was done super fast and we've not had a problem with our car since will deff go back for work being he does absolutely everything even diesel mechanics and his price is more than fair enough so that we left a generous well deserved tip 10 out of 10 will recommend to a friend for sure need work dome check him out for sure if in the amsterdam area thanks again orlando -jays cousin with the sonic
