I have been coming here for 6 years and I can honestly say that Manager, Naser has always provided me with exceptionally good customer service. Corvid Update: They are open👍 and while I waited for my vehicle Naser said they are here for their customers through it all and even provide them with outside sitting as he ushered me towards a couple of seats. They also do Uber & Lyft inspections for $15 👍 Smog inspections and SMOG REPAIR, air condition service and they are an Official brake & lamp adjusting station. I always get my smog done by Naser and invite you to stop by for your smog & repairs..O' Connells have earned my business by providing me with awesome service for over 6 years.

DO NOT GO. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND EFFORT. GUY IS A HORRIBLE MECHANIC. I HAVE TAKEN MY GRANDMA'S CAR I. 5 DIFFERENT TIMES IN A MONTH. Not worth it and i dont know how the guy is still in business. My grandma's car was leaking transmission fluid and had a small oil leak and the check engine light was on and we needed it to be smoged. Cant get the cwr smoged with the check engine light. My dad found this shop and took the car in. They kept the car for about a week and only fixed the tranmission leak and said that the oil leak is small and if we see it leaking to bring it back. The car was probably driven less than 15 miles and the check engine light came on when I was driving it back to get a smog done. After having the car for a week the owner said that he could not get the light back on and to drive it around. Two days later the light went back on and we took it back thinking it was the oil leak. Left the car there and it took another week and half to get the car back. My dad drove the car to Diamond Bar and back without any issues so the next day I tried taking it back for the smog check that we need for the registration to be completed for the dmv. I barley get 2 minutes away from the house and the light comes on again. Had to turn around catch my dad before he left and take it back to the shop. Where it was kept for almost two week. Keep in mind it is my grandma's van and she is 89. So during all this time we have been getting her into trucks and cars that are not easy for her to get in and out of. Over the weekend when I started the car it started to rumble and shake and my bother could smell gas fumes. Today 7/9/2024 when I went to go run errands, once again when I started the car the motor started rumbling and shaking. I barley got down the street and the check engine light went on again. While I was stopped at a light it almost stalled out. Went back the mechanic and laid into him that this is like my fifth time here and he will be fixing it for free. Told him that he is horrible mechanic and that I can't even get the car fixed in order to make it to a smog station to get tested. Told him that everything should have been fixed the first time around. He said he did not want to give us a large bill. Right now we are about 2k into repairs. Will update once I hear from the idiot tomorrow.

This short guy is a con artist. Do not come do business with this short guy! He cares about money than his customers. He always give you the wrong information. Biggest scammer in HB.

I have been taking my car there for years. My parents too. We have never been lied to. I always get a second opinion and Nasar has never lied to us. We have developed a great friendship and I recommend this automotive place to everyone.
