I serviced about 18 trucks with OHARE TRUCK CENTER. All sweet talk then truck goes OTR STUFF THEY INSTALLed either fell out or gotten lose, worked on my trans in Pete when they install trans mounts after 3 mounts bolts broke off because they never tightened them, when he installed cascades trans for me he never installed new clutch truck ran 5 moths, another shop showed me all photos. When he did king pins he did them wrong also got photos from another shop. Oh the cascadia trans wasn’t bolted SUPRISE SUPRISE.!! This place is garbage do not go there or go and you will find out soon enough, don’t let the nice place convince you otherwise. BELIVE ME. Ask around what people really think about this shop.

a very good group, they do everything and are very helpful and communicative, above all, when they do something, they tell you if you have any other faults they did all the overhaul and other servicing on my truck, and it months I don't need to see a mechanic, of course I change the oil myself, so no one should think that I don't look at my old truck every weekend Now it's very hard to find an honest people and, good mechanics, because meny new parts now are garbage being sold by dealers and other stores, so at least the laybor is 5 stars

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Stay away These people changed transmission in mine and my friends truck we didn’t even do 100 miles, one transmission wasn’t even tightened all the way huge gap between housing and trans, my friends trans also loosen bolts lines damaged lines new ones started leaking, horrible, we had other issues also truck goes in their shop and comes out with same problem never repaired properly.

I’ve been an owner/ operator for 9 years. I take my truck to Chris ( shop owner ) because he is honest, and has great journeymen mechanics. Price is always fair and they stand behind their work. It’s your lively hood that needs to stay on the road and if you get a DOT inspection, you have confidence Chris and his mechanics will have you passing. I had accident an he rebuilt my front end, both the body and mechanical parts on time and beautiful job. If you work out of Chicago area, try them for everything and they’ll know and you and your equipment on a regular basis. Only shop I go to in 9 years. Vince Hayden FedEx
