O R General Auto Repair

I just did my Oil change but came out with SO much great information from Mr. Oscar himself!! He is so kind and knowledgeable and wants to make sure I don't get taken advantage of ever again!!! O R Auto is my new mechanic. Also they were the fastest oil change I've ever had in my life. I was literally standing there watching them get to work, they don't hide behind a wall and they don't try a swindle you into other work you don't need!! So happy I found my new place. Wish I found them sooner :( but better late than never.

I found my new mechanic shop! I am so happy with the customer service. I was treated with respect and honesty. Alex greeted me with a hand shake and a beautiful smile. I needed an oil change and had a rotten egg smell coming from the car. Turns out my battery was leaking. Alex and Erika worked with me. The oil change was quick. Thank you both and the guys that worked on my car! God bless you ❤

I don't know why Erica is so lazy. It's been 11 days now. Can't even get an invoice from her. They charged us 11 days ago. And Kevin keeps saying, oh, Erica will send you invoice when she gets to the office. I spoke with Erica yesterday. She said before 5 PM. She would send the email with the invoice, but she's a liar. I don't know how she could be. Such a criminal to not send a invoice. I'm sure they overcharged my friend. That's why erica doesn't wanna send the receipt it's crazy how these people I think we're stupid, but we're dot we'll take them to the Better Business Bureau. I'm tired of people playing games like Erica. They are the worst criminals. I've ever seen running a business

I bought an oil change deal from Groupon which took me to this place. The people who work there are friendly and down to earth. They found my CV axle cover was broken. Alex gave a quote for replacing it. It's almost the best price you can find in the SFV area. I have a 24-year-old car that needs a lot of repairs down the road. This place is certainly the one I am going. It's very hard to find a friendly and honest mechanic like Alex.
