Orielys Auto parts website says that they will install the front light bulb if you purchase it from the store. Not true their tech came out and, without even trying, said to me I don't know how without even trying. I was in front of their store for over an hour and a half, trying to figure it out at a temperature of 16 degrees, not including wind chill factor. The store had no customers for 45 minutes, and not one of the three employees did anything to assist their customer, nor honor their claims 🙄 If I ran that parts shop I would fire all three of them bums and that's what they are bums with no ingrity and no honor. I youtubed how to do the job and successfully installed the clip to hold the bulb. The store is on 8050 Cooley Lake Road White Lake Michigan.Perhaps you should retrain the employees or hire some competent people 🤔 Sincerely, Robert Olson

I suspected I had a bad battery. Shane took my battery and hooked it up to a tester that charged and then tested it. It took about 20 minutes. It was bad. Then, they had 4 or 5 different models of battery to choose from. I really appreciated having those choices. I needed a budget battery this time.

Had a great experience yesterday with an employee named North. He was extremely helpful & friendly and went the extra mile to make sure everything was accurate. He even helped me work on my car for a bit in the parking lot…this took a lot of pressure off me & I am so grateful. It was lovely to have such great customer service along with going above & beyond to solve my problem. Will definitely return to this location. :)

I needed a rare grade of oil and they had it in stock at the best price! Everything was orderly and looked well stocked. No waiting and friendly help too.

I went in to buy oil and a filter for our car. There was just one employee working at the time (there were a few in the back; having a break?), but when it came to my turn, the guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a great price too! They have been helpful in the past when I needed wiper blades or an air filter.
