I could not get my gas fill door open when trying to get gas. Went to O'Reilly's and a very helpful woman came to the rescue! This helpful kind person came outside to my car to determine the cause in very cold weather. I was sold the exact small tool to keep in my car in case it happens again and it has. Thanks for shipping the wrong parts twice! After waiting 24 hours my 02 sensor was twice as short as needed. After specifically stating I needed the longest harness out of the two types. I got the shortest one. On day two I had to reorder and wait another 24 hours. The next part looked in order over the counter but after removing the plastic cap of the sensor IT WAS USED! FILTHY caked in dirt & debris. Obviously corroded inside. after lifting truck and removing tire along with wheel well plastic it was disheartening I had to install a used part just to drive 2 hours home. Yes MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON. I'll be returning your substandard quality 02 sensor ASAP. Smfh

Thank you so much to the nice man who helped me with my car tonight. My wheel was making a high pitched sound and I thought I was going to have to call AAA to come get my car. He came out and got under my car and removed a rock that was lodged in the wheel - which solved the problem. I am very pregnant and there is no way I would’ve been able to do that myself. He was literally my hero tonight. Thank you so much for your kindness!!

I normally don't go to O'Reilly. I prefer auto zone but I was at my dad's and that's where he goes cause it's close to his house and we got excellent service. We were there for a min getting to figure out what we needed. They were knowledgeable and helpful. My car was back on the road and sounding great within the hour.

Never fails. Lived in Milford for about 8 years now. This place can't even provide the right lug nut not to mention 9 times out of ten they chit chat with rude customers who cut in line after they're done. You can order anything online now. Don't waste your time driving all the way up to this place.
