The workers here are helpful and kind. It's a smaller store but they're happy to order the parts you need. Decent prices too. We stopped to get the stuff to change spark plugs and new wiper blades. Plus dump our used oil.

The ONLY reason they aren't getting 1 star is due to the fact that they will order the part you need. My reasons are as follows: I needed a battery for my truck and was also doing my truck's spark plugs. When I pulled the engine shroud off, the adapter to connect my PCV hose to my aftermarket intake was sheared off due to being brittle plastic at the time so when my wife picked up the battery, she mentioned the part I needed and they offered to order it. Good deal, I figured I'd be getting my truck back on the road. While she had me on the phone, they told her (and by extension since I was on the phone me) that the threads were 3/8 and the barb was 5/8. Even better that those were the exact dimensions I was needing! I get home to install the piece just to find out that the THREADS were 5/8, not the barb. That is gripe number 1. My second gripe is, I determined that the previous owner of the same truck cobbled pieces together for the PCV hose and it fell apart due to the cobbled pieces also becoming old and brittle. I scrambled to do a temporary fix and ordered the right part and was told it would be at this location by 9:55 the next morning (this morning). I had other matters to handle before being able to make it to pick up the part. I get there at about 1 in the afternoon and the individual that assisted me asked if it was the part I picked up YESTERDAY. When he found the right order, he went to try and find it. After 2 or 3 other customers were helped by another associate, he came back to tell me he couldn't find it and didn't know if they just didn't deliver it yet and said to call back later. After I left the store, he came running out with the part claiming someone else must have hid it and was laughing about it when it was clear I was extremely irritated and frustrated. I'm sorry, but the amount I save by going here over another parts store is NOT worth the disrespect I received from the supposed "parts professionals" and I will gladly pay the extra little bit for the same part to be treated with respect. One of the other places gave me the wrong part (a single instead of the multi-pack) and when it was resolved, the same associate at the competitor apologized profusely and truly did feel bad about the inconvenience, the same can NOT be said for the folks at this O'Reilly location

I don't particularly like using these guys. The customer service was poor. I work at a shop and ordered a small minor part waiting for it to be delivered. I was unaware they didn't have a parts driver and called 39 minutes later only for them to now tell me this. He laughed and it seemed inconsequential to him. This was my time that was wasted. I would've happily picked it up had I known. But I would've not received this part I needed last minute for a customer because of another's poor communication skills. I don't trust them to follow through. Please do better. Your parts are good quality, but I don't want to have to call again to find out something that could've been communicated to me. Edit: I was also charged twice for said part because the gentleman didn't do his diligence and see that I ordered it on our system, so he charged me a second time at the store. Second update: I was supposed to receive a paper copy stating they refunded me for the second charge. Didn't remind them and I have not received that return invoice. The only reason I'll be using them is because it's my last choice to satisfy my customers. Even then, I'd at this point reconsider my options.
