Failed to deliver my part and I even paid the extra amount for the same day delivery not only did you not make sure I got my part you got a call from you're support center and told them I should have it in 30 min and completely lied because I never received my order this store had always been unprofessional it's clear this store cares absolutely nothing about their customers I haven't got a follow-up email or a call to see if I received my order or to let me know what is going on with my order that's unacceptable 👎🏼and not to mention the already over price for 1 lower ball joint $50 smh Advance has it for $22💁🏻♂️ but anyways thanks for not doing you're part that caused me to not make it to work super awesome of you 😡

Highly recommend this O’Reilly auto parts store. Andrew went above and beyond to assist me with fixing my car battery. Really helped me out, especially when it was severely cold outside. Exceptional service!

While SOME of the employees are super helpful and seem to know what they are talking about, others act like you are bothering them in the place they work, it gets old fast. Expect to be on hold for 10-15 minutes if you call (if not more) I've even called from an empty parking lot and been placed on hold, just because they were "too busy" to deal with the phone, i.e: on their phones, this is why I try to wait until the ones that are super helpful are working before I get my parts otherwise it's like I'm bothering the rest. I've spent a ton of money in this location and I have yet to not get the correct part if the ones that "don't want to deal with people" have to order it. Otherwise it would be a better review.

Came in last night I had a lifetime warranty on my breaks and dude gone tell me it’s not valid if the old breaks don’t have pad on them and still took my old breaks and made me pay for new breaks like what was the point of a lifetime warranty if I still have to pay for new breaks whole time I called another location this morning to see if that was accurate and they said no he should of just switched them out for new ones y’all need to hire people that actually do they job correctly
