This place personally turned into a bicycle shop for me especially. I kicked scooted in with a flat tire. I was allowed to fix my tire and also inflate it right inside the store. O'Reilly's did everything possible to make sure that I was kick scoot able before leaving. I'm amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone was with this small task. Awesome staff.

The employees need more cordiality and education. I was here on a Monday morning, and even though they did have the part I needed, the employee never said good morning to me and at the end of the transaction I said thank you and never got a you're welcome or have a nice day, just silence.

Staff is always helpful and nice. Sometimes they don’t actually have items that are listed in stock on the website so now I just make sure to call ahead before going out there and it saved a lot of headache, not to mention they are always pleasant and helpful over the phone.

I don’t why I didn’t place a five-star review before-I really like this store-the customer service is excellent. Even though my knowledge about automobiles are limited, they don’t treat you like an idiot. Daniel was a sweetheart….walked me through my automotive issues-throughly professional. I will return.
