They were very helpful. And even used their diagnostic meter for my check engine light was on. No charge on that. A shop will charge you betwern $125-185 to do a diagnosis check

Went in to have my husbands alternator tested and they said it was the battery. So my husband purchased a new battery and we asked to test it again just to make sure it wasn't the alternator. When the other guy did the test he said it was the alternator. So we go in to return the battery and the guy refused to return it bc the battery is a year old even though they just sold it to us the same day. So I called the location on w. San Carlos and they said I don't understand why he said that that we can return the battery with the receipt at her location. To me this location seems shady even though most of the employees were friendly the heavy set guy with the grey hair is the one who refused will be calling corporate office about the situation

They.ve always been courteous and have treated me - a woman - with respect. Sometimes we.re not thought as knowledgeable or intelligent enough to understand the interworking parts if an automobile. I.ve appreciated the assistance of their staff and the ease of warranty replacement purchases.

Sent my daughter to O ‘Reilys to get a reading on her vehicle, because I like oReilys and have had very good experiences with your company. However, the employee who helped her was put out, condescending and made her feel like an idiot!!! So disappointed! Hard enough to find someone we women can trust with our vehicles then to be treated this way makes it even more difficult! Did a free battery check to confirm mine was dead. The install was too complex for them to do. Ramon was friendly and helped to make sure I got the right thing.
