Ari and Mr. T were amazing today! I went in for a light bulb for a head light, all mentally prepared to install myself, then discovered both side blinker light casements were cracked. Had to order those. They got them this same day, AND they installed it all for me. I have never had that done for me in my life. They were kind and helpful. I just love O'Reilly's now!

I had my worse experience ever at a store period. Last night stopped by store 30 mins or so before closing bought some light bulbs for my car I thought I needed but found out it was something else never opened it never got a receipt or was asked if I wanted one I figured ok worse come worse I can just get store credit since you will always find something you need at oriellys long story short I came back next day was going to return exchange or what not and buy some other things while I’m at it yet some how the female male or whatever manager some how scanned the light bulbs and decided to not just refuse my refund but tried to tell me that oh this item was already returned to another store that’s what it says on screen at that point I was so disappointed and angry it’s only 8 or 9 bucks I’m not even trying to get my money back but your going to try to straight up make up non sense like some how I returned it at another store and got my money back already yet I never had a receipt and some how I still have the item . I was a very big man today I said you know what I’m angry right now you can have the bulbs and I left before some ones thanksgiving was ruined
