So far so good with these guys! Very polite, I'm in a wheelchair and they were very nice but not overly nice because of the apparent disability...which I like. The guys were very helpful both on the phone as well as in person. If a part wasn't stocked, their distribution comes from Medford. So with sheer timing, the part I needed was there before I got there!

I went in for parts for an older car and had to order it but I expected that. It was there the next day right on time. I usually have several choices for parts which is a plus.

They usually have what you need in stock, and the staff is pretty knowledgeable, definitely better than the other chain auto parts in town. Russ knows his stuff!
