I agree with everyone’s assessment of “ balding white older guy”. There was a younger employee in there!, Hispanic I think. He was very sweet and helped me get my oil cap off. He put it on my engine and I didn’t see him do it and I drove off without replacing the cap. I though maybe it was in the parking lot so I called the store. White dude answered and said he looked in the lot which he did NOT do and didn’t even tell the guy that helped me that I couldn’t find my cap. I had to drive all the way back there to find out the cap was in my engine well. I also told him I had parked by a black camero and he said the Camero was no longer there so he didn’t know where to look which was a complete lie. It was still there when I got back. Younger employee was great and I’ve been helped by other nice people but older bald guy is worthless and petty. God forbid if he is the manager….

Never again. Rude manager. Workers don’t know how to communicate nor hear when u ask them something. Didn’t get no help. Got the wrong windshield blades when we asked multiple times if they were the right ones.

Very unprofessional! Left me on the phone and another person got on to "help" but had major attitude! Ended up going into the store and same attitude was recied as on the phone. No greeting when we walked in, just got stared at, no communication, no nice facial expression on the employee. I will be sure to let my family and friends know not to go here. Less work for them to do anyway with less customers right??

First it isn't Larry it's Gina ornellas. OK. Last yr bought a alternator had to go back 3 times before they gave me a good. One. You know how irritating that is. . We'll this yr right now June 2024. They sold a bad alternator to Larry. Now this is getting to be very ridiculous come on they are a auto store that we should be able to trust. what they are doing is sale you a bad rebuilt alternator so you have to keep going back to get new one. They want you to buy the brand new one for more money. That's not right they should not be aloud to keep doing this over n over

Do not bother going here especially buying an anything! Go down the street to auto zone! my battery is still under warranty and they tested it and said it’s working and the charge is good and won’t replace it. I take down to auto zone down the street and they tell me it’s faulty and dead so I took it too valley battery they said it’s a bad battery. Came back and told them and they still won’t exchange my battery. They say they’re going to charge it only. I literally had to go to another shop to exchange my battery. Never am I buying anything from Riley’s again.. I swear this place is scamming people.
