I received outstanding service from an employee at the store named JOSE. I needed a battery changed in my Mercedes SUV and after calling around a few places including an o’reilly closer to me, I found Jose who confidently stated he would be able to change it out even though the placement under my passenger appeared a challenge to other stores. I arrived after work a little after 8 pm and not only are his customer service skills top notch but he got the job done for me effortlessly. The reason I gave 4/5 has nothing to do with Jose but his coworker who was present with him at the time. I’m not sure if myself and my 2 year old daughter looked homeless or what after a long shift at work/and daycare but he was rude and unpleasant, just the opposite of Jose when we went inside to wait for Jose to work on the car. Such opposites. Nonetheless, I would like to really shine a spotlight on the outstanding service that was given to me by Jose. Thank you Jose, please continue the excellent service you provide to customers such as myself. I would come back there if I need anything else because of your excellent service. .

Never fails if you're a woman you will get the wrong part. Clean store and helpful employees. Quick service. They charge batteries for free and will usually install small parts for free if you ask. Good store overall.

I was able to get what I needed for my vehicle. However a coworker who had no tools could not get the battery replaced by the staff. This was just after 7pm and they said it's dark and they could not change the battery. Parking spot in front of the door was available with plenty of light and 2 employees on shift. I keep a tool kit in my truck and changed the battery out. This would not have ended well had I not met my coworker there. They would have been sitting there with a dead battery and no way to change it. 2 stars only because I found what I needed.
