Eddy put my wiper blades on like a PRO today!! He helped me find the right size for my car and then even put them on in the drizzle of rain. I tried to tip him but he said he wasn’t allowed which I think is not very nice, Mr. O’Reilly. Everyone at this store was very welcoming, they all deserve some praise. Thanks guys!

Went to my local O’Reilly’s to get a new battery. Walked in and was met by Jan, who smiled and asked me how he could be of service. He located the battery that I needed and was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Great customer service by a very knowledgeable team member!

They gave me the wrong breaks at first for my car after asking them if they’re a perfect fit , as well as my air conditioning filter, Im no mechanic professional and do not have time to figure all of it out, I did not appreciate that kind of service.
